Effective November 1, 2026. Publisher: New Era Labs (New Era Intelligence), Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
TailBook has no account, no server of its own and no ads. The pets, profiles, vaccinations, medications, vet visits, weights, notes and photos you enter are stored only in a database on your phone.
Reminders for doses and vet dates are local notifications scheduled on your phone. Photos are copied into the app's private storage only when you tap to add one. Exports are created on your phone and only go where you choose to share them. Uninstalling the app deletes its data from your phone.
TailBook contains no analytics, no crash reporting service, no advertising SDK and no advertising ID. Nothing you enter leaves your phone unless you choose to export or share it. If this ever changes, this page will be updated before the change ships.
TailBook Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play. We receive no payment details; Google Play tells the app only whether Pro was bought.
TailBook is not directed to children under 13.
