1. Overview

Poker Bankroll Manager (Poker Tracker) is a personal utility for logging live and home-game poker sessions, bankroll movements, expenses, table photos, and voice hand notes. It is a private record-keeping ledger — not an online poker client, not a HUD, and not a gambling or wagering platform.

2. Information Stored & Processed

Session & Bankroll Records: Cash game and tournament session logs, buy-ins, cash-outs, durations, venues, bankroll ledger entries, staking calculations, and structured hand notes. In local-first mode, records are stored on your device; when optional cloud sync (Supabase) is enabled, your account and session data are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and backed up to your private account.
Photos & Receipts (Optional): Table photos, payout slips, or expense receipts you choose to capture with your camera or select from your photo library to attach to a session.
Voice Hand Notes (Optional): Audio clips you choose to record with your microphone when capturing a spoken hand note. Audio is used solely to create your session hand note and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Active Session Timer & Foreground Notification: Elapsed session time and live session state displayed in an ongoing Android foreground notification while you are at the table.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not include third-party advertising networks. When optional cloud backup (Supabase) is used, data is processed strictly to sync and back up your personal log.

3. Android Permissions & Why We Request Them

Camera & Photos (CAMERA / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Used only when you initiate attaching a table photo, payout slip, or receipt to a session.
Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used only when you tap to record a voice hand note.
Foreground Service & Notifications (FOREGROUND_SERVICE / POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to keep your active live-table session timer running reliably while your phone is locked in your pocket and to show your elapsed session time in the notification shade.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

You can export your session history as CSV or share a session summary card using the Android system share sheet (expo-sharing). We do not share your data with third-party marketers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Controls

You can delete individual sessions, attachments, or your local data directly in the app, or request full account and cloud backup deletion at any time by emailing simon@neweraintelligence.com.

6. Non-Gambling Utility Declaration

Poker Bankroll Manager is strictly a financial and session record-keeping notebook for players tracking their own live table history. It does not offer real-money gaming, wagering, deposits, or payouts.

7. Children's Privacy

Poker Bankroll Manager (Poker Tracker) is designed for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published at this URL with an updated Effective Date.
