FieldTag has no account, no server of its own and no ads. The outings, sightings, harvests, spots, tags, licences, conditions, notes and photos you enter are stored only in a database on your phone.
If you allow location, the app reads your position on your phone only to mark a spot, sighting or harvest; it is never sent anywhere. Photos are copied into the app's private storage. Tag and season deadline reminders are local notifications. Brag cards are created with location removed, and exports only go where you choose to share them. Uninstalling the app deletes its data from your phone.
FieldTag contains no analytics, no crash reporting service, no advertising SDK and no advertising ID. Nothing you enter leaves your phone unless you choose to export or share it. If this ever changes, this page will be updated before the change ships.
FieldTag Pro is a one-time purchase or a yearly subscription processed by Google Play. We receive no payment details; Google Play tells the app only whether Pro is active.
FieldTag is not directed to children under 13.
